Surface treatment
Surface treatment enhances product weather resistance and aesthetics:

Polishing ：Suspension polishing (rough polishing) → barrel polishing (fine polishing) → air polishing (edge processing), surface roughness reaches Ra0.8μm.

Pickling and Passivation ：Immersion in a mixed solution of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid to remove the oxide layer and form a passivation film, salt spray test ≥500 hours.

Spray Coating ：Optional epoxy resin coating (matte black) or nickel plating (mirror effect).

Final Inspection ：Color difference meter detects coating uniformity, and adhesion is tested using a cross-cut test.
