Lianyi Metal Products Co., Ltd. recently publicized details of its intelligent production workshop, covering the entire precision casting process, including waxing, melting, and spectral detection. By introducing automated equipment (such as large gantry machining centers) and digital management systems, the company has significantly improved production efficiency and product accuracy. At the same time, the workshop strictly adheres to the principle of "quality first", implementing high standards from mold shell cleaning to finished product inspection to ensure product qualification rate. The company's newly commissioned smelting workshop utilizes a fully enclosed automated production line, equipped with a German-imported spectral analyzer, capable of controlling metal component errors within ±0.02%. The product yield rate reaches 99.6%. In addition, through Internet of Things technology, the equipment's operating status is monitored in real-time, with a fault response time reduced to within 10 minutes. In terms of environmental protection, the company invested 8 million yuan in the construction of a wastewater recycling system, achieving zero emissions and earning the title of "Guangdong Provincial Green Manufacturing Demonstration Enterprise." Production Director Zhang Fugen stated: "Intelligent manufacturing is not only about improving efficiency, but also about upholding quality and responsibility. We plan to complete 5G network coverage of all workshops in 2024, creating a benchmark for a 'dark factory.'"
